A Campaign for the Lodge and Dock

Because life shines and sings
to me

I need not ride great ships to sea

I need not even take a train

To distant lands of storied fame

All I need do is fling my door

Open to the wind and shore

Open to the sky and sea

And all the world comes in to me

– Ruth A. Brown

Since 1927, Four Winds * Westward Ho begins each day in a circle on Greenie Hill, between the Four Winds Lodge and the Dock.  The Lodge is the site of beloved Evening Fires and the gathering place for meals and time as a whole community.  At the base of Greenie Hill, in Four Winds Bay, floats the dock which is the center of waterfront activities, including the unique Big Boat Program.  Today, these beloved spaces need structural upgrades and improvements, creating the opportunity for design enhancements that will support a vibrant summer camp program now and into the future.
